Planning Board Meeting Minutes
October 9, 2012
Memorial Hall

7:00 PM:  W. Ritter called the Planning Board meeting to order.

7:00 PM – PUBLIC HEARING, Site Plan / Special Permit, Common Driveway, Dale Lorrain, 608 Reservoir Street:  W. Ritter read the Public Hearing Notice into record.

Matt Giza, 614 Reservoir St. transferred 3 acres to Dale Lorrain to construct a single family residence.  There is an easement recorded at the Worcester Registry of Deeds.

P. Harding explained that the applicant has met with the fire department, and signage is posted at the beginning of the driveway.  There are no objections from the fire department.

Public Comment(s):  None

Board Comment(s):

  • J. Head:  Wanted to know what makes this a Special Permit.  It is a Town of Holden By-law.
A. Bonofiglio motioned to close the Public Hearing.  J. Head seconded.  All in favor.

A. Bonofiglio motioned to approve the Special Permit, reading the Draft Decision Site Plan Special Permit into record.  J. Head seconded.  Vote 6-0.  All in favor.

Documents presented during review can be viewed in the Town Planners office.  Site Plan / Special Permit, Common Driveway, Dale Lorrain, 608 Reservoir St., Plan dated 9/4/12.

PRELIMINARY PLAN – SALISBURY ST.:  Was not posted in time for this meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING, Site Plan Review / Special Permit, Extension of Time, Jefferson Mill, Mill Pond, LLC, 47 Condominium Units:  Will be on next meetings agenda.

J. Head motioned to continue the Public Hearing to October 23, 2012.  S. Carlson seconded.  Vote 6-0, all in favor.
